Job Description

Conduct and coordinate technical training programs on Power Systems, Protection Relays, SCADA/RTU, and Testing & Commissioning. Develop training materials, assess trainee performance, maintain training records, support onboarding activities, and facilitate technical knowledge-sharing sessions while ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and industry standards.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Conduct technical training programs for freshers and employees.
• Prepare training schedules, lesson plans, presentations, and training materials.
• Deliver hands-on training in Protection Relays, SCADA/RTU, Testing & Commissioning, and Electrical Safety.
• Assess trainee performance and provide feedback for skill development.
• Coordinate induction and onboarding training programs.
• Support recruitment activities by assisting in technical interviews.
• Maintain training records, attendance, certifications, and reports.
• Organize technical knowledge-sharing sessions for project teams.
• Update training content based on latest technologies and industry standards.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and ISO requirements.

Desired Skills:

• Strong knowledge of Power Systems, Protection Relays, SCADA/RTU, and Switchgear Systems.
• Technical training, presentation, and mentoring skills.
• Understanding of Testing & Commissioning practices.
• Good communication, leadership, and coordination abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and training documentation.
• Problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of IEC standards and relay testing tools (preferred).
